I would suggest testing it by specifying a run time today or other days to verify it is working as expected. You can test by setting a time a few minutes in the future and let it execute. It should run 'today'(since it is the 3rd Sunday) then do same again but remove the 15th from the Watering Scene file and it should not run.

I read this on Amazon, June 27, 2014

"We are currently adding support to provide a "Water Every X Days" as part of the Watering Scenes and this feature should be available in the next two weeks. This will allow you to stipulate a "Water every 14 days" and stipulate a start date to begin or reference the sequence from."

This feature is badly needed. Any time frame when it will be available?
