I assume that you enabled the logging after the entry at 00:01:04 about 02:11 in the morning.

Your log shows that HF is not communicating with your modem successfully.

We have seen 2 instances in the last 2 years of the PLM failing and somehow taking out the serial port chip at the same time. It is not clear exactly how this has happened but the assumption is a power line surge (lightening strike) that takes out your PLM and propagates to the serial port on HydroFLASH.

You will likely need to send your HF back for repair. We can turn it around same day and get it back out to you Priority Mail.
