NAK (AB) response

NAK (AB) response

Hello. I have 2 different switches giving me a respnonse of NAK (AB). They definately are not working. Any thoughts?

It would be helpful to have some more information regarding the issue you are describing. It would be most helpful to provide as much information as possible when posts are made so that a meaningful answer can be formed to help. Additionally faster support is available by contacting support via support@hydroflash.net with the specifics.

Are theses newly added devices?
If so did you link them with your Insteon modem?
What are device types?
Please cut and paste the log response for the error message.

I did a little research on Smarthomes forum. Sorry my original submission was so vauge. The devices said they linked (got the beeps) but the message was that they weren't linking. Replaced the serial modem and relinked and its working perfectly.
