HydroFLASH

I purchased a new Insteon 2663 - 222 On/Off switch. The unit has the ability for both the top and bottom receptacle switches to be controlled. However, I only see one insteon address, and hydroflash only controls the top receptacle. Do I have the ability to have hydroflash control both the top and bottom switches?
