pairing problems

im trying to add controller and the pairing isnt working. why?

For successful pairing you need to be on the same wireless network as you HydroFLASH.
Additionally be sure the option on the Add Controller details page is NOT set to Cloud. It will automatically change to Cloud mode once successfully paired.
Are you using the default password? It needs to be the same password that you uses to log in via its built in web page.
