Hi,
Is this a new install / first time to perform this procedure?
Remember that if you changed the HydroFLASH web page log in password, you will need to enter that password into the controller password field on the mobile app as they must match.
You must be on the same wireless network (locally) to pair the device with your Mobile app.
Best to send support an email to get additional help if you have not resolved the issue.
