Can't Login - Cloud Err - Programs don't run

I've upgraded to the most recent version and then this problem began a couple of weeks later.

- Box shows "Cloud Error"
- IP Address / Gateway show as normal (192.168.1.xxx)
- wifi version
- This problem happen with both DHCP and setting my IP as static

However I can not see the site on my network nor my browser. Programs do not run.

So I reboot and all works for a day and I have to reboot again.

Need to fix this soon since my plants need daily water.

Hi Tim,

Please send support@hydroflash.net an email so we can call you. Regardless of network connection, HydroFLASH sill always run your programs as scheduled.

We will also send you an email to follow up.

Thanks for reaching out . Appreciate the great support. It went this time for about 30 hours before it got the "Cloud Err".

I've just installed 2.00.02 per your recommendations and I'll report back hopefully with good news.

Although I upgraded to 2.00.02 I just checked and I now see Cloud Connect Error. No response from the unit.
