3.0.4 does not use PASV mode ftp for cloud firmware upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.0.7, however I cannot.

The cloud upgrade feature uses passive FTP for the version.txt file, but does not for the firmware file. This fails because my hydroflash is behind a firewall and cannot accept inbound ftp data TCP connections.

I also downloaded the firmware from the cloud FTP server and using the upgrade from file feature, but that gives a "Error uploading image file (-1)" error.

Please allow uploading via download (non-cloud), and/or fix the cloud upgrade to use HTTP or PASV FTP.

Hi,

You are correct, it looks like we missed sending the passive mode command during the second FTP transfer attempt. We will update the latest firmware and post it on the forum, replacing Version 3.00.04.

Regarding the -1 return error. Ensure you renamed the file image.bin after the manual FTP download.
Then try a fresh reboot of HydroFLASH and repeat the upload with the correct file name.

Thanks,
